Day 1: Dinner time! Herb and Goat Cheese Stuffed Burgers

So tonight! my fiancé and I are making Herb and Goat Cheese Stuffed Burgers! It’s a recipe that’s part of the 21 Day Fix which is a program that not only helps you exercise 30 minutes a day, but also deals with food portions for you with provided colored containers! They also give you a recipe book for easy meal prepping. Ask me about it!

It was tough because Clifford and I had to ditch the bacon due to some additives they had in them. ): I love bacon. When we were grocery shopping we tried our best to look at the nutrition facts and buy only WHOLE foods. The goat cheese was tough because it had big words and names for the ingredients, but we googled them and made sure it’s nothing bad.

The prep time to cook the meal was a long time, but so worth it! It’s currently 3 in the morning, and my tics are ok. I still have lots of shouting tics, and tics where I hit my hand against whatever there is like the keyboard or the wall. I would say for now it’s the same, but it’s too early in the process to really tell. I definitely feel good just can’t fall back to sleep. It is probably because I took a long nap in the afternoon which I probably should stop doing.
